proving time and time again the reliability and durability of its cars. Record breaking
performances include winning the Dakar Rally ten times and the World Rally Championship for
drivers four times in succession.

Having become British Team’s and Driver’s Champions in 2007, Mitsubishi Motors UK returns to the British Rally Championship in 2008 to defend its titles. It enters two Group N Lancer Evolution IXs, one driven by last year’s victor Guy Wilks and the other by Phillip Morrow, who takes a seat with the MMUK Works Team as his prize for winning the 2007 Evolution Challenge. |

The high profile one-make series for Group N Lancer Evolutions continues for its eighth consecutive season. 2008 sees a seven round calendar, featuring two asphalt and five gravel surface rallies. With 15 teams registered it’s going to be another exciting year, as teams compete for the valuable and aspirational prize which is yet to be announced.

Dakar |

After scoring its record-breaking 12th outright victory in the toughest test of man and machine on earth - the
gruelling Dakar Rally - in 2007, Mitsubishi were denied the chance to do it all again this year, when the event was cancelled due to security related issues in areas along the route. The Mitsubishi Cross Country team is now considering its 2008 programme.
